1. General Information

Dove Travel Agency is a Maharashtra-based travel company that provides domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, ticketing, transport, and other travel-related services.All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.Prices, itineraries, and inclusions may vary based on seasonal changes, government regulations, and service provider policies.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as per the package requirement.The balance payment must be cleared before the commencement of the journey unless agreed otherwise in writing.Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, cards, or other approved modes.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Passengers must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof, tickets, permits, etc.).Dove Travel Agency is not liable for denial of boarding, entry, or travel due to incomplete/invalid documents.Clients are responsible for adhering to government health, safety, and immigration rules.

5. Changes & Alterations

Dove Travel Agency reserves the right to alter or cancel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, natural calamities, political disturbances, transport delays, or service provider issues.If alternate arrangements are provided, no compensation will be applicable.

6. Liability & Insurance

Dove Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).We are not responsible for injury, loss, delay, accident, or damage caused by third-party services.Clients are advised to take personal travel insurance for safety and coverage.
